Sure there are people who can acquire such kois, got $$ sure can buy one. But bringing out the best that a koi can offer and avoiding them to go downhill is a different story altogether. I give credit to you for that.

Which kondo showa are referring to? Bought a lot of showas from Kondo-san. The maruten wakashoryu suffered some sort of internal parasite infection that seems to eat the fish from inside out so her body is wasting away. The bigger fish from my collection are at Aaron's place now, got pictures of some them but my comp cannot put it SD card lah. One of these days ill post pictures & videos of them.

Marudo showa? Not Marudo sanke meh? Not a fan of Marudo's kohakus & showas but I love their sankes & giant muji kois =P~

I wish I could make a comeback, but my old man forbids me doing so. No restu from orang tua is bad omen to start a business venture. Maybe I could make a comeback but not in the koi centre way; do you know there's over 23 koi dealers in Malaysia? Thats an astounding number. Too competitive.

I remember all the kois you ever bought from me. My favourite is still your Hotaru Sanke followed by the Dainichi kohaku. How is the kohaku doing? Still maintaing his pondan body? How big is he now?

The Hotaru Sanke is doing fine, and also the Pondan Kohaku. Frankly I have not measured them in ages. I guess I will do it in the near future.......Both should be more than 60cm now. Pictures will follow.

Yes, Marudo Sanke - with very bright dark beni but with stray sumi as well. Sad to hear about your wakarshoryu. Actually I wasnt referring to any particular Kondo, just a stray question as I would definitely hit one of them kondos in your collection - knowing how fond you are of the breeder, haha.

I still have 3 pcs from KDF. Murata kohaku male - low 70s, Kondo sanke female - low 70s and kondo kohaku female - mid 60s. They are all in good health :) The female sakai beauty IV sanke also from KDF, also around 70cm with big bro Paul.
